摘要
以聚环氧氯丙烷、乙基纤维素、聚表氯醇为敏感膜材料,建立了QCM传感器阵列法对DMMP空气样品定量检测的方法。DMMP浓度以气相色谱-火焰光度检测器法标定。在气体流速为300 m L/min时,在30~210 mg/m^3的DMMP浓度范围内,有良好的线性关系,方法具有较好的准确性和精密度,最低检测限为10.1 mg/m^3。利用主成分分析法对神经性毒剂沙林的干扰进行了分类判别研究。
A quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor array modified with a thin layer of polymer ( PECH, ECEL,BSP3 )was used to determine DMMP. Gas -chromatography (GC -FPD)method was developed for analysis of different concentration of DMMP, which was vaporized from the flow detection system of QCM. Determination was based on the frequency shifts due to the adsorption of compounds at the surface of modified quartz crystal electrode. The frequency shifts were found to be linear against the concentration of ana- lytes within the concentration range of 30 -210mg/m^3 with the correlation coefficients of above 0. 99, minimum detectable limits 10. 1 mg/m^3 was achieved. The interference of GB was discussed with principal component analysis.
