酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者合并低钾血症临床分析

Clinical analyses of mental and behavioral disorders due to use of alcohol complicated by hypokalemia

目的 探讨酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者合并低钾血症的临床症状. 方法 对505例酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结.结果 酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者长期进食减少,多种微量元素缺乏,尤其缺钾明显;入院时电解质检测显示,钾离子浓度低于正常值,给补液治疗后第2 d部分患者血清钾离子继续下降.结论 酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者未及时补钾可能使病情进一步加重,严重者可危及生命,临床应给予重视.

Objective To explore clinical symptoms of mental and behavioral disorders （MBD） due to use of alcohol complicated by hypokalemia.Methods Clinical data of 505 MBD patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Eating reduced long and varied microelements lacked, especially potassium, in MBD patients, mild deficiency of potassium was reported by electrolyte report on admission, and partial serum potassium continuously lowered in the 2nd day of fluid replacement.Conclusion Un-prompt supplemental potassium could further aggravate patient＇s condition of MBD patients, even threaten life, and attention should be paid to.
