精神护理联合延续护理对老年痴呆患者的应用效果评价

Application of mental nursing combined with extended nursing for senile dementia patients

目的 探讨精神护理联合延续护理对老年痴呆患者的应用效果. 方法 将120例老年痴呆患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例.两组均予以精神科常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上予以精神护理联合延续护理.观察2周,出院后随访6个月.比较两组住院时间及痴呆情况.结果 观察组住院时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.01）.出院时,两组简易智能状态量表和长谷川痴呆量表评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;随访6个月,观察组均较出院时显著升高（P〈0.01）,且显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,对照组则无显著变化（P〉0.05）.结论 精神护理联合延续护理能显著缩短老年痴呆患者的住院时间,有效减轻其痴呆程度,延缓痴呆发展进程.

Objective To explore the application effect of mental nursing combined with extended nursing for senile dementia patients.Methods A total of 120 senile dementia patients were divided into 2 groups of 60 cases each.Both groups received routine psychiatric treatment and nursing and on this basis observation was plus mental and extended nursing.They were observed for 2 weeks and followed up for 6 months after discharge.Lengths of stay and dementia conditions were compared between 2 groups.Results Lengths of stay were significantly fewer in observation than in control group （P〈0.01）.Group differences in Mini-mental State Examination （MMSE） and Hasegava Dementia Scale （HDS） score had no significant difference on admission （P〉0.05）;during 6 month follow-up the MMSE and HDS score heightened more significantly in observation group （P〈0.01）, were significantly higher than in control group （P〈0.01）, and had no notable changes in control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The combination of mental and extended nursing could notably shorten length of stay, effectively lessen dementia degrees, and is conduce to patients＇ rehabilitation.
