摘要
目的 探讨舒适护理在老年精神病患者临床护理中的应用效果. 方法 将64例老年精神病患者按照入院顺序分为两组,每组32例.研究组予以舒适护理,对照组予以精神科常规护理,观察住院全程,比较两组患者的护理效果及生活质量.结果 研究组护理优良率为71.9%,对照组为40.6%,研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.治疗后生活质量评定研究组体力适应、社会适应、症状控制及情绪控制维度分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论 舒适护理能显著提高老年精神病患者的护理效果及生活质量,优于常规护理.
Objective To explore the effect of comfort care in clinical nursing for senile mental patients.Methods Sixty-four senile mental patients were assigned to two groups of 32 ones each according to admission order.Control group received psychiatric routine nursing, research group did comfort care, whole-course hospitalizations were observed, efficacy and quality of life compared between two groups.Results Good rate was respectively 71.9% in research and 40.6% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05）.Score on physical adaptation, social adaptation, symptom control and emotion control were significantly lower in research than in control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comfort care could notably improve the efficacy and quality of life of senile mental patients.
