摘要
建设"一带一路"需要科学系统的经济学理论支撑,但现有理论和学术研究难以满足这一要求,因此应创立"一带一路"经济学。国内外学术探索、习近平主席和国外领导人的重要论述、中外共建"一带一路"的政策文件,为创立"一带一路"经济学提供了理论渊源。"一带一路"经济学的研究对象是"一带一路"建设中沿线国家形成的新型国际分工合作关系,研究主线是"一带一路"沿线国家以互联互通为基础的协同发展,主体研究框架包括"一带一路"建设背景、协同发展、互联互通、风险防范和支持体系。
As the Belt and Road construction needs the support of scientific and systemic theories of Eco- nomics and the present theories and academic research can not satisfy this need, it is necessary to establish the Belt and Road Economics. The academic research at home and abroad, the important argumentation of President Xi Jinping and leaders of other countries, plus the policies and documents of joint construction of China and foreign countries have laid the theoretical foundation for its establishment. The research object is the new relationship of international division of work and cooperation between the Belt and Road countries formed during the Belt and Road construction. The research focuses on the coordinated development based on connectivity between the Belt and Road countries. The main research framework includes the back- ground, coordinated development, connectivity, risk prevention and supporting system for the Belt and Road construction.
