《战线》杂志是晋察冀边区党刊,承载了与晋察冀边区党建工作相关的诸多内容。晋察冀边区党建工作经历了一个清晰的历史变迁图景:大量发展党员和党组织—党组织的基本巩固—党组织的全面巩固—全面巩固党政军民各组织一"整风"精神指导下全面巩固。本文试图通过对这几个分期的探讨,展示晋察冀边区党建工作的基本特征,以期对这一特殊地域、特殊历史时期的党建规律有一个基本的把握。

The Front is the party magazine in Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Base Area. It carnect out many tasks of the party construction in this area, which can be seen from distinct historical stages： recruiting a large number of party members, basic consolidation of party organizations, all-around consolidation of party organizations, all-around consolidation of party, political, military and non-official organizations, all-around consolidation guided by the spirit of ＂Rectification＂. This paper tries to display the basic features of party construction in this area by studying these stages, which helps to learn about the party construction rules in a special area and historical time.
