The Risks and Countermeasures to be Considered in the Construction of Government Information Systemsin the Big data Strategic Environment

大数据时代的到来正引发新一轮信息化建设新潮,但同时也给信息系统的安全带来了一定的冲击和挑战。为此,从安全管理的角度,对地方政府在大数据战略环境中部门信息系统建设应注意防范的相关问题进行了风险研究和思考,并提出建议和对策。

The arrival of Big Data age is triggering a new round of information technology construction trendy. It also brings a certain impact and challenges to the security of information systems. In this paper,from the perspective of security management in the Big Data strategy environment, some issues which the local government should pay more attention to the construction of information system are put forward. Furthermore, we try to put forward suggestions and countermeasures to those issues.
