摘要 本文设计了一种新颖的长距离高速率带USB供电的有源RFID。硬件平台采用TI公司的CC2545及距离拓展芯片CC2592相结合,实现系统距离的拓展和接收灵敏度的提高,基于BQ24260实现USB接口的供电充电电路,方便车载系统应用。通过良好的硬件板级系统设计和软件设计,该RFID实现长达1Km的识别距离,最高速率达到2Mbps,最大发射功率为22d Bm,最小接收灵敏度为-93d Bm,待机功耗小于5u A,能够广泛应用于智能车辆识别,高速公路不停车不减速收费系统等领域。 This paper proposes a long- distance high -speed with USB power supply active RFID design. The hardware design based on TI' s CC2545 and distance - expand chip CC2592, which could improve the transmission distance and receiving sensitivity. Based on BQ24260, realize the power supply and charging circuit, USB interface convenient car system application. With the carefully design for the hardware and the software, this RFID can achieve as long as 1Km distance with 2Mbps speed. And the maximum output power is 22 dBm and minimum receive sensitivity is - 93 dBm, but with a less than 5 uA sleep power. So this RFID can be suitably and widely used for smart - vehicle recognition, car charge systems without slow down and stop at high way.
