抑郁症的中医临床辨证规律研究

中医古代文献无抑郁症这一病名,但与抑郁症临床表现相类似的记载散见于"郁证"、"百合病"、"脏躁"等病中。基于中医药治疗抑郁症的临床观察文献统计分析,认为抑郁症的主要病因为情志失调,抑郁症的主要病理基础为肝失疏泄、思伤脾,抑郁症的中医临床证型主要为肝郁气滞证和肝郁脾虚证。

Objective In the ancient Chinese literature,there was no record of＂depression＂,but which was similar to its clinical manifestations of the contents were scattered in the ＂depression syndrome＂,＂lily disease＂,＂hysteria＂and other diseases. Based on the statistical analysis of clinical observation of depression in Chinese medicine,the emotional disorder is considered as the main cause,anxiety impairs the spleen,liver dysfunction are the main pathological basis,liver qi stagnation syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency are the main syndromes.
