中西医结合护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者效果及生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Chinese-western Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者效果及生活质量的影响。方法选自于我院慢性支气管炎患者400例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各200例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施中西医结合干预。比较两组干预疗效、主要症状消失时间及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、咯痰、喘息主要症状消失时间快于对照组,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后生活质量各量表评分高于对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性支气管炎患者实施中西医结合护理干预效果明显,同时还能够改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese-western nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 400 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,200 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing intervention,while observation group was treated with integrated Chinese-western nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Compare the effect of intervention,the time of disappearance of main symptoms and the improvement of quality of life between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation was higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; the cough,phlegm,wheezing symptoms disappeared time of observation group were faster than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; scores of quality of life scale of observation group were higher than those of control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese-western nursing intervention is effective in patients with chronic bronchitis,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
