中药通管汤配合腹腔镜术治疗输卵管炎性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tongguan Decoction combined with Laparoscope in Treatment of Salpingitis Infertility

目的观察中药通管汤配合腹腔镜治疗慢性输卵管炎性不孕症的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,2组均行腹腔镜手术,术后予抗感染等处理,治疗组于术后第2天予中药通管汤,经期停用,3~6个月后观察2组腹痛及妊娠情况,检测治疗前后的血液流变学指标。结果治疗组妊娠率为88%,对照组为70%,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);观察血液流变学相关指标,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药通管汤配合腹腔镜治疗慢性输卵管炎性不孕疗效优于单纯腹腔镜手术治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on Tongguan decoction combined with laparoscope in treatment of chronic salpingitis infertility. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic salpingitis infertilit were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 50）. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery and anti infection treatment after surgery. Treatment group was treated with Tongguan decoction on the second day after operation for 3 months,which was stopped during menstrual period; abdominal pain and pregnancy in both groups were observed for 6 months and hemorheology indexes in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The abdominal pain disappearance rate was 98% in treatment group after treatment,which was 62% in control group,the difference was very significant（ P〈0. 01）. The pregnancy rate was 88% in treatment group,which was 56% in control group,the difference was very significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Tongguan decoction combined with laparoscopy is effective in treatment of chronic salpingitis infertility,which was better than simple laparoscopic surgery.
