焦氏头针配合智九针治疗语言发育迟缓患儿的临床疗效研究

Clinical Research on Jiao's Scalp Acupuncture combined with Zhijiu Acupuncture on Children with Language Retardation

目的观察焦氏头针配合智九针治疗语言发育迟缓患儿的临床疗效。方法将患儿按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组123例和对照组133例,治疗组采用焦式头针配合智九针加上语言训练,对照组采用单纯的语言训练,6个月后采用S-S法和Gesell量表(0~6岁)评估两组患儿的治疗效果。结果S-S法评估治疗组治疗后总有效率73.98%,对照组总有效率59.40%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);Gesell量表评估治疗组和对照组治疗后患儿语言能力DQ值均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后的语言能力DQ值也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论焦氏头针配合智九针对语言发育迟缓患儿有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with Zhijiu acupuncture on children with language retardation. Methods 256 cases of children with language retardation were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 123） and control group（ n = 133）,treatment group was treated by Jiao＇s scalp acupuncture combined with Zhijiu acupuncture plus language training,control group received single language training. S-S and Gesell scale（ 0-6） assessment were used to evaluate the effects of both groups after 6 months of treatment. Results The total effective rates were 73. 98% in treatment group and 59. 40% in control group with significant difference（ P〈0. 01）; Gesell scale assessment showed the language ability DQ values of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）,treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Jiao＇s scalp acupuncture combined with Zhijiu acupuncture is effective in children with language retardation.
