摘要
教学与科研、教师发展与学生成长的良性互动格局是OBE教育模式可持续和高水平发展的需求和动力。教学科研一体化的条件是内容上的高度相关性、教学设计的主动性和案例教学的采取。OBE教育模式的步骤是确定结果、选择方式实现学习能力、评估学习产出并反馈进一步改善教学,最终达成知识、能力和情感层次的学习产出结果。
The positive interaction between teaching and research, teacher and students' development is the demand and mo- tivation of the sustainable and high-level development of OBE education model.The conditions of integration of teaching and re- search are the high relevance of content, the initiative of teaching design and the adoption of case teaching.OBE educational mod- el steps are to determine the results, the choice of ways to achieve learning ability, assessment of learning outcomes and feedback to further improve the teaching, and finally reach the knowledge, ability and emotional level of learning outcomes.
