摘要
于2016年6月对长江源沱沱河的浮游植物群落结构进行调查。结果显示:浮游植物共3门59种(属),以硅藻门最多,49种(属),占83.1%,其次是蓝藻门6种(属),占10.2%,绿藻门4种(属),占6.7%。浮游植物常见种有蓝藻门的小颤藻(Oscillatoria tenuis)、席藻(Phormidium sp.);硅藻门的针杆藻(Synedra sp.)、普通等片藻(Diatoma vulgare)、舟形藻(Navicula sp.)、桥弯藻(Cymbella sp.)、曲壳藻(Achnanthes sp.)等;绿藻门的丝藻(Ulothrix sp.)、衣藻(Chlamydomona sp.)。浮游植物平均密度68.04×10~4cells/L,平均生物量0.34mg/L。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数平均值3.26,Pielou均匀度指数平均值0.84,Marggalef物种丰富度指数平均值1.02。浮游植物各项评价指标表明长江源沱沱河浮游植物群落结构较稳定,种类分布较为均匀,水体属贫营养型,水域生态环境良好。
The Phytoplankton community at Tuotuo river of the source in the Yangtze river was investigated in June,2016,There 3 phyla including 59 species of phytoplankton at tuotuo river of the source in the Yangtze river. Bacillariophyta were represented by the highest number of taxa(49、83. 1%),follwed by Cyanophyta(6、10. 2%),Chlorophyta(4、6. 7%). The phytoplankton averge density was 68. 04 × 10~4 cells/L,averge biomass 0. 34mg/L. The Shannon-Wiener diversity averge was 3. 26,the mean Pielou diversity averge was0. 84,and the mean Marggalef diversity averge was 1. 02. based phytoplankton the evaluation indicators showed that water at Tuotuo river of the source in the Yangtze river was oligotraphentic. The aquatic environment was good.
