摘要
为海北州祁连县八宝镇土壤微肥科学施用、作物合理布局和配方肥的确定提供了基础数据,采用原子吸收分光光度法和姜黄素比色法,测定了祁连县297份土壤的微量元素含量,得出该县土壤微量元素Cu的平均值是0.571mg/kg、Fe养分含量较其它养分含量丰富,平均值在10.122mg/kg,Mn平均值为0.995mg/kg,Zn为平均值0.723mg/kg,B含量平均值为1.305mg/kg其中Cu、Fe、B含量丰富,Zn含量适中,Mn含量缺乏。八宝镇不同村耕层土壤有效微量元素丰缺程度差异明显。不同土壤中有效微量元素含量之间差异不明显。
In order to provide the basic data of soil fertilizer science application and reasonable layout in Babao Town Qilian County Haibei Prefecture,using atomic absorption spectrophotometer and curcuma colorimetric method,297 soil trace element content is determined Qilian County,the county average Cu is0. 571mg/kg,Fe nutrient content than other nutrient rich,the mean value of 10. 122mg/kg,the average Mn value was 0. 995mg/kg,Zn is the average value of 0. 723 mg/kg,the average content of B is 1. 305mg/kg,Cu,Fe B,rich in content,Zn content is moderate,lack of Mn. The difference of effective trace elements abundance and deficiency is obvious among villages Babao Township,no significant difference among different soils the effective content of trace elements.
