西藏林芝市农村剩余劳动力转移问题研究

Study on the Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor Force in Linzhi Tibet

本文通过对林芝市剩余劳动力转移进行研究,通过典型调查获得剩余劳动力转移的第一手资料,对剩余劳动力转移现状、特征等进行分析研究。从"转移渠道"、"转移产业"和"转移空间"三个视角分析影响当地农牧业剩余劳动力转移的因素,通过以点带面探讨影响林芝市农牧业剩余劳动力的障碍因素,在此基础上,为林芝市农村剩余劳动力转移提出几点对策建议。

In this paper,through the study of the transfer of surplus labor force in Linzhi,through the typical survey to obtain the first-hand information of the transfer of surplus labor force,the paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the transfer of surplus labor force. From the ＂transfer＂and ＂industrial transfer＂and ＂transfer space＂three perspective of the local agricultural surplus labor transfer factors,obstacle factors through to explore the impact of Linzhi City of agricultural surplus labor,on this basis,put forward some suggestions for the transfer of rural surplus labor in Linzhi.
