摘要
传统的林木育种技术存在着周期长,成本高,不确定性大的问题,严重的影响了林木育种效率和经济效益。随着科技的发展,特别是分子生物技术的发展,林木优良性状的早期判断和筛选成为可能,这也为林木育种的发展注入了新的活力;本文详细分析了分子标记技术、关联分析技术、生物技术、RAD标记技术、转基因技术在林木育种中的主要应用,育种技术的特点,目前取得的主要成果以及研究现状,最后指出了未来林木育种的发展趋势,以期为林木育种中采取科学的技术措施提供指导。
There are many problems such as long cycle,high cost and large uncertainty in traditional tree breeding technology,which seriously affect the efficiency and economic benefits of forest tree breeding. With the development of science and technology,especially the development of molecular biology technology,it is possible to judge and select the excellent traits of trees; in this paper,the main applications of molecular marker,association analysis and biotechnology,RAD labeling technology,transgenic technology in forest tree breeding were analyzed,and the characteristics of the five breeding techniques were analyzed in detail,the main achievements and research status,this paper points out the development trend of forest tree breeding in the future,so as to provide guidance for scientific and technical measures.
