厦门市松材线虫病绩效承包防治经验与思考

Review and Consideration on Management Model of Pine Wilt Disease Control in Xiamen

自2001年11月福建省厦门市发现松材线虫病以来,厦门市坚持开展松材线虫病绩效承包防治工作,取得较好的防控效果。本文介绍了厦门市松材线虫病发生及综合防控现状,对厦门多年来开展松材线虫病绩效承包防治工作的主要做法、经验体会、存在问题和取得的成效进行分析和总结,并思考适合厦门市松材线虫病防控的最佳模式。实践表明:采取以"全面清理松枯死树+松墨天牛综合防治"为主的技术措施和以"专业防治公司3-5年除治工程绩效承包+除治质量工程监理"为重点的管理措施,是适合厦门市松材线虫病防控较为理想的模式。

Since the discovery of pine wilt disease in Xiamen City,Fujian province in November 2001,we have been insisting on the prevention and control of the disease,and achieved a good control effect. This paper introduces the occurrence on comprehensive control of the disease in Xiamen,and analyzes and summarizes the main practices,experience,problems and achievements of carrying out the control management model of engineering performance in these years,and consideration on the best mode of prevention and control of the disease in Xiamen. Practice results shows that：to take a ＂cleaning up dead pine trees ＋ comprehensive prevention and control of vector insect,Monochamus alternatus＂as the main technical measures and ＂professional prevention and control companies in addition to 3-5 years of engineering performance contracting ＋quality engineering supervision＂as the focus of management measures,is more ideal model for pine wilt disease prevention and control in Xiamen.
