摘要
鱼制品是一种常见食物,是以各种鱼类为主要原料,通过多种方式加工而成。鱼腥味是水产品中普遍存在的一种不良风味,有程度大小之分。不良风味的产生原因很多,介绍了目前最常见的10种脱腥方法,以去除或减轻鱼制品强烈的腥味,保持或增强产品品质,得到更易被人们接受的产品,为后续的技术研究提供参考。
Concept of sensor are introduced. Application of sensor technology in agricultural machinery equipment, agricultural interenet of things, agricultural products detection and animal and plant diagnostic are expounded. Through the discussion, this study illustrates the sensors played an important role of modem agriculture development in our country, sensor technology will have tremendous effect on Agricultural production of high yield, high efficiency, energy saving.
