摘要
以康师傅控股长沙福满多食品有限公司深度合作为例,开发出了高职顶岗实习"课岗深度融合"课程标准和管理评价标准,设计出了包含岗位数、岗位操作及技术要求、在岗人数、在岗工作时间、轮岗等具体内容的顶岗实习课程安排表,明确了校企双方指导教师工作职责。结果证明,顶岗实习"课岗深度融合"课程有效地解决了顶岗实习不规范、教师指导不到位、学生无明确目标等问题,确保了顶岗实习和毕业设计有序开展,并取得了较好的效果。
In this paper, the depth integration higher vocational Education Curriculum standards and management standards and posts, including post operation and technical requirements, and the number of staff time, and the rotation of the specific content of the internship schedule are designed by cooperation with Changsha Fumanduo Food Co., Ltd.. Meanwhile both colleges and enterprlses, that is both sides, guidance teachers duties are made clearer. These practically results that the post practice deep integration course effectively solved the post practice is not standardized, eacher guidance is not in place, students have no clear goals, and ensure the orderly development of post practice and graduation design, and achieved good results.
