Based on the problems during teaching of Food Quality Management. This paper proposes innovations for improving the teaching quality of this course, including enhancement of lectures＇ teaching ability in English, establishment of excellent teacher-student interaction pattern, highlighting the role of cases, and reviews of the key contents of this course.
