基于序列Malmquist-Luenberger指数的碳排放约束下的全要素能源效率

摘要 为了研究在碳排放约束下的全要素能源效率问题,运用基于含有非期望产出的SBM与序列Malmquist模型构成的序列Malmquist-Luenberger指数对中国东、中、西部和整体29个省份(自治区、直辖市)进行比较,对其全要素生产率分别进行分析对比.通过实证研究分析可知,技术进步和效率变化共同促进了整体全要素生产率的不断提高,并且技术进步的作用大于效率变化的作用;东部区域的各省市在碳排放约束下的全要素生产率SM L引领着整个中国的进步,中部区域和整个中国发展水平几乎一致,而西部明显落后于整体. In order to study the total factor energy efficiency under the carbon emission restric- tion issue, using the model based on the named Sequence Malmquist-Luenberger which includes undesirable outputs SBM and the sequence Malmquist model to compare China' s eastern, middle, and western areas covering 29 provinces and the total factor productivity are compared and analyzed. Empirical study finds that STC and SEC promote the development of whole total factor pro- ductivity in common and the function of STC is stronger than SEC. The eastern regional area' s total factor productivity under the carbon emission restriction has been leading the whole China' s progress. The central region is almost identical to the whole development level of China, while the western region lags behind.
