阿立哌唑联用利培酮对老年精神分裂症患者认知功能以及生活质量的影响

Aripiprazole Combined with Risperidone in Schizophrenia Patients Affect Cognitive Function and Quality of Life of the Elderly Spiritual

目的研究阿立哌唑联用利培酮对老年精神分裂症患者认知功能以及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2000年1月~2015年12月我院收治的300例老年精神分裂症患者。按照治疗方法分为L组和L+A组各150例。L组采用单纯利培酮进行治疗,L+A组采用阿立哌唑联用利培酮治疗。比较两组患者精神分裂症治疗总有效率;治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分;治疗前和治疗8周患者认知功能及身体功能问卷(MGH-CPFQ)和生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分的差异。结果 L+A组治疗总有效率显著高于L组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组MGH-CPFQ评分和QOL-BREF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗8周,L+A组MGH-CPFQ评分和QOLBREF评分改善显著优于L组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前两组PANSS评分比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗8周,L+A组PANSS评分改善显著优于L组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联用利培酮对老年精神分裂症患者认知功能以及生活质量的影响大,联合用药效果优于单独用药,可有效改善患者临床症状,改善其认知功能和生存质量,可供临床治疗提供参考。

Objective To study the effect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in patients with schizophrenia cognitive function and quality of life of elderly mental.Methods 300 cases of elderly patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2000 to December in our hospital were divided into groups. L group was treated with risperidone treatment, L＋A group were treated with aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of. Comparison of two groups of patients with schizophrenia before and after treatment, the total efficiency Of treatment; the positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS） score; before and after 8 weeks of treatment in patients with cog- nitive function and body function questionnaire （MGH-CPFQ） scale and quality of life （QOL- BREF）score difference.Results Compared with group L＋A, the treatment of schizophrenia was more efficient,P〈0.05; the two groups of PANSS score similar,P〉0.05; treatment 8 weeks L＋A group compared to the PANSS group L score improved significantly,P〈0.05. Before treatment, the two groups of MGH-CPFQ score and QOL-BREF score were similar,P〉0.05;treatment 8 weeks L＋ A group compared to the L group MGH-CPFQ score and QOL-BREF score improved significantly,P〈0.05.Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with risperidone cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia and affect the quality of life of elderly mental, the combination is better than medication alone, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve their cognitive function and quality of life, which can provide reference for clinical treatment.
