摘要
深静脉血栓是脑卒中后常见的血管性疾病,脑卒中患者由于自身的特殊性极易发生深静脉血栓,PICC置管术也是深静脉血栓形成的重要因素,其发病率和病死率较高。为提高深静脉血栓的预防效果,本文综述了包括基本预防、药物预防和物理预防的预防方法。认为提高医护人员和患者的预防意识,及时采取有效的预防与护理措施,能降低深静脉血栓的发生率。
Deep vein thrombosis is a common vascular disease after stroke, stroke patients because of its particularity prone to deep vein thrombosis, PICC catheterization is an important factor of deep venous thrombosis, the incidence rate and the mortality rate is high, in order to improve the effect of prevention of deep vein thrombosis, were reviewed in this paper. Including the prevention methods of basic prevention, physical prevention and drug prevention.To improve the awareness of the prevention of medical personnel and patients ,to take effective preventive and nursing measures in time to reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis.
