对职前数学教师教育的思考与建议 被引量:1

Reflection and Suggestions on the Education of Pre-service Mathematics Teachers

摘要 基础教育课程改革的实施,对职前数学教师教育提出更高要求,而目前数学师范教育课程少、教育意识淡薄,不能适应时代需要.结合教育本质的探索、形势任务的思考,基于以学生发展为本的教育理念、学院为地方培养应用性人才的办学目标,提出了三个建议:优化课程体系、革新课堂教学方式、加强与中小学的合作. The on-going reform of elementary education curricula puts forward higher requirements for the education of pre-service math teachers. Up to now, however, the limited curricula for their education and absence of education con-cept has fallen behind. With reference to the exploration of the essence of education and consideration of current situation and tasks, and based on the students-oriented education conception and the college's object of cultivating practical tal-ents for local society, three suggestions are raised in this article: improving curriculum system, renovating teaching meth-ods in class, and strengthening cooperation with primary and middle- schools.
