我校物理学专业毕业生社会需求与培养质量的实证研究

摘要 通过追踪我校物理学专业毕业生就业情况,访谈毕业生、在校生、任课教师以及中学和其他用人单位相关人员,以及进行网络文献信息资料研究等,对我校物理学专业人才培养质量与社会需求情况进行了调研.结果表明,我校物理学专业毕业生就业情况良好,培养质量基本可靠;我校物理学专业正面临新的发展机遇,有着比较广阔的发展空间;毕业生在很多方面也存在着不符合社会需求的现象,比如有些毕业生教师职业道德素养欠缺、教师职业技能比较薄弱、毕业时不能考取教师职业资格证等.根据调研结果对物理学专业人才培养目标定位、课程体系设置、人才培养模式等提出了改革建议. This research is based upon tracing the employment status of our graduates majoring in physics, interviewing graduates, undergraduates, teachers and related personnel from middle schools or other employers, analyzing online documents, and investigating the cultivation quality and social needs of our graduates in physics. The results show that our graduates in physics are almost well employed and our cultivation quality is basically reliable; the major of physics is now needs in many facing new development opportunities with a relatively broad space; while graduates cannot meet aspects, such as lack of professional ethics as a teacher, weakness of professional skills in teaching social , and failing to obtain a teacher qualification certificate before graduation. According to the target of talent training in physics, the setting of curriculum system and the mode of talent training, a series of reform proposal are introduced.
