p53凋亡刺激蛋白2和β-连环蛋白在牙龈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of apoptotic stimulating protein 2 of p53 and β-catenin in gingival squamous cell carcinoma

目的研究p53凋亡刺激蛋白2(ASPP2)和β-连环蛋白在牙龈鳞状细胞癌(GSCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测22例GSCC组织切片中癌组织和癌旁组织ASPP2及β-连环蛋白的表达,以及ASPP2和β-连环蛋白的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果在GSCC组织中,ASPP2阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,β-连环蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);ASPP2的表达与肿瘤病理分级有相关性,β-连环蛋白的表达与TNM分期有相关性(P<0.05);ASPP2和β-连环蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.492,P<0.05)。结论联合检测ASPP2和β-连环蛋白在GSCC组织中的表达,可作为判断GSCC恶性程度和预后的参考指标。

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of apoptotic stimulating protein 2 of p53（ASPP2） and β-catenin in gingival squamous cell carcinoma（GSCC） tissues.Methods Tissues from cancer and para-cancer from 22 GSCC patients were used to detect expression of ASPP2 and β-catenin by immunohistochemistry,for further exploration of their clinical significance.Results Positive expression of ASPP2 was higher in GSCC tissues than that in para-cancer tissues,while the situation of β-catenin was on the contrary（P〈0.05）.The expression of ASPP2 was associated with the pathological stage,while that ofβ-catenin was associated with the TNM stage（P〈0.05）.The results also suggested that the expression of ASPP2 and β-catenin had a negative correlation（r=-0.492,P〈0.05）.Conclusion ASPP2 and β-catenin were differently expressed between cancer tissues and para-cancer tissues.Expressions of ASPP2 andβ-catenin would be a potent evaluation of the biological behavior and prognosis of GSCC.
