摘要 针对大坝、桥梁等工程长时间监测不便等问题,结合无线传输和传感器技术,研究一种无线固定式测斜系统,实现对工程高精度的稳定监测。该系统结合2.4 GHz无线收发器芯片和MEMS双轴倾角传感器,采用多独立节点、长跨度的结构,各节点独立采集、独立计算、分别发送,监测端通过无线方式统一接收数据。经实际测试,该系统固定角度测量相对误差小于0.2%,±30°测量范围内线性度良好,测试过程中数据传输稳定可靠。适用于水利大坝、桥梁、建筑物的水平位移和沉降位移监测。 Aiming at the inconvenience-problem about long-time monitoring of dams, bridges and other projects,we have a study on fixed and wireless inclinometer system which combined with wireless-transmission and sensor-detection technology,in order to achieve stable and high-precision monitoring on projects.The system combines 2.4 GHz wireless transceiver chip and MEMS biaxial tilt sensor ,with the strcture of long-span and multiple independent nodes,each node can collects,calculates and sends independently,the monitoring terminal can receive data wirelessly.The actual test proved that the relative error of fixed-angle measurement is less than 0.2 percent,it also has a good linearity between -30°and +30°,and the data transmissionis is stable and reliable in the process of testing.So the system can be used in horizontal displacement and vertical displacement monitoring of dams ,bridges and other buildings.
