摘要
以乙烯基吡咯烷酮为单体采用均聚法聚合生成了PVP-K90,通过测定PVP的水溶液对水的相对粘度Z,并代入Fikentscher方程式计算出产品的K值,利用液相色谱的方法对产品残余单体进行分析表征。采用单因素法对反应时间、反应温度、引发剂用量和搅拌速度进行了考察,找到了较好的聚合反应条件。
PVP-K90 was synthesized by homogeneous polymerization using vinyl pyrrolidone as monomer. Through the determination of the relative viscosity of the aqueous solution of PVP Z for water, a product of the K value are calculated and substituted into the Fikentscher equation, Analysis and characterization of residual monomers by liquid chromatography. The effects of reaction time, initiator concentration, reac- tion temperature, initiator dosage and stirring speed on the homopolymerization have been discussed, To find the better conditions of polymerization.
