摘要 试验以"粒子设计"理念为基础,设计具有核壳结构的醋丙乳液,用V-50,A-980和SVS组成复合乳化剂,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、乙酸乙烯酯(VAC)为硬单体,辅以增粘树脂制备了一种新型醋丙乳液(VAE)水性胶黏剂。讨论了玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、引发剂、乳化剂、反应温度、乳胶粒结构设计等对胶黏剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:当总Tg为-10℃、引发剂、乳化剂、交联剂用量分别为单体总质量的0.35%、2%、2.5%,反应温度在82-86℃时,制得固含量约为45%胶乳,其剥离强度达2.3kN/m,总挥发性有机物(TVOC)含量为30g/L,最低成膜温度(MFT)<0℃。 In the experiment, based on the core-shell which using vinegar acrylic emulsion(VAE) as major were used as composite emulsifier. Butyl acrylate, structure, a new type of adhesive was matrix mixed with tackifler. V- 50, A - (BA) methyl methacrylate (MMA), synthesized, 980 and SVS vinyl acetate (VAC) acted as the soft and hard monomer, respectively, The influence of glass transition temperature (Tg), initiator, emulsifier, reaction temperature, emulsion particle structure, and so on, were discussed. The result shows that when Tg is --10℃, the reaction temperature is 82--86℃, and the mass ratio of ini- tiator, emulsifier, cross-linking agent to the monomer is 0.35 %, 20%, 2.50%, respectively, the better latex with 45M solid content, 2.3 kN/m peel strength, 30g/L total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), lower minimum film-forming temperature, was prepared.
