疏水改性助剂PAMA的中试研究

摘要 在小试研究成果的基础上,对新型湿法磷酸助滤剂PAMA进行了25L中试规模的试验研究。详细考察了添加剂甲苯用量和引发剂添加方式对工艺过程和助滤性能的影响,并用傅里叶红外光谱对中间产物和助滤剂进行了表征。试验结果表明,将反应温度控制在58~65℃,pH值=5.5~6.0,甲苯添加量为1.5wt%~2.0wt%,单体固含量为9%~10%范围内,引发剂添加量为0.075wt%,两批加入方式,可获得助滤性能较佳的产物。将此条件下得到的助滤剂应用到湿法磷酸过滤系统中,其过滤速度是空白组的4.6倍,含水率比空白组低6%,且产品性质稳定,在常温下放置6个月后,助滤性能没有明显变化。 Abstract:Based on the results of the lab-bat under the 25L pilot-batch. The effects of to were investigated in detail. The intermediat ch, the new wet-phosphoric acid filter aid luene and initiator on the process and the es and the filter aid were characterized by PAMA was produced filtration performance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show the optimum conditions include that the reaction temperature is con- trolled at 58 % 65 ℃ ; the pH value Js between 5.5 -6.0; the amount of toluene is about 1.Swt% -2. 0wt%; the solid content is 9% - 10%; the amount of initiator ,which should be added in through two batches, is 0.075wt%. The filter aid obtained under those conditions was applied to the wet-phosphoric acid filtration system. The tests indicate the filtration rate was 4.6 times than the blank group and the wa- ter content was 6 % lower than the blank group. Besides that, the filter performance did not change signifi- cantly at room temperature after 6 months in the storage.
