受限制空间内打拔钢板桩的新工艺

摘要 扬州新万福路江阳大桥扩建工程,在既有桥侧,因原有桥梁上部悬挑结构,导致其下新建桥梁基础施工空间受到限制,基础钢板桩围护结构施工时,常规机械打拔桩工艺无法实施;经研究采用进口ICE416L液压振动锤并在钢板桩垂直侧面上焊接替打钢板,改变振动锤工作时的空间位置,实现了施工不受空间限制,顺利完成了工程施工。 Regarding the expansion project of Jiangyang Bridge on the Yangzhou New Wanfu Road, in theexisting bridge side, when the foundation construction adopts steel sheet pile retaining structure,theconventional process can not be implemented because of its upper cantilever structure space constraints. Afterstudying, it adopts imported ICE416L hydraulic vibration hammer and welded replacement plate on the verticalside of the steel sheet pile to change the work space of the vibration hammer, and realizes the construction spacewithout limit and successfully completes the project construction.
