浅谈混凝土水池化学注浆堵漏技术 被引量:2

摘要 在川东北高含硫项目硫磺厂利旧水池修复工程中,大胆创新,摒弃了熟悉的传统混凝土堵漏方法,采用一种之前从未接触过的化学注浆堵漏技术,取得了良好效果,在缩短工期的情况下保质保量地完成了施工任务。化学注浆堵漏技术作为目前针对混凝土建筑物渗漏水的先进堵漏新方法,已广泛运用于各种混凝土结构物的渗水堵漏施工中。文章通过混凝土自身材料特性以及施工质量等方面分析混凝土渗水的原因,阐述了化学注浆堵漏技术的工艺原理,介绍了该技术施工工艺流程,最后结合施工情况对该技术的可推广性进行了总结。 In repairing the reusable water tanks in Sulfur Plant of Northeastern Sichuan High Sour Gas Project,the team abandons the traditional plugging method with concrete,but adopts a chemical grouting method thathasn't been applied before, which ends up with desirable results and creates a chance for the team to finish thegiven task in line with the quality & quantity expectations in a shorter period. As the effective and cutting-edgesolution, chemical grouting has been widely adopted to remedy water leaks from varied concrete structures. Inthis paper, it analyzes the causes of concrete water leaks by looking into characteristics of the concrete materialand construction quality;explains technical principles of the chemical grout plugging;elaborates the specificprocesses of the mentioned technique, and then summarizes the significance and technical advantages of thechemical grout plugging method based on site practices.
