摘要
在界定了公立医院PPP项目风险分担主体的基础上,确立了公立医院PPP项目的分担原则和分担方案;以效用理论为手段,建立了公立医院PPP项目的风险分担最优模型,并运用拉格朗日极值法验证了最优解的存在;最后结合某县第二人民医院PPP项目验证了模型的可行性和有效性.
Based on defining the public hospital PPP project risk sharing subject, the allocation principle and allocation scheme of public hospital PPP projects are establised. Taking the utility theory as the means, the optimal model of risk allocation for public hospitals PPP project is built and the existence of the optimal solution is verified by using the Lagrangian extreme method. Finally the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by the PPP project of one County Second People＇s Hospital.
