摘要
面对传统建筑能耗的持续增长,工业化建筑成为工程建设领域践行"绿色建筑与建筑节能"理念的重要手段,也是建筑领域实现全产业链建设、技术创新的重要途径.针对建筑领域政策体系不完善、能耗和碳排放高等问题,从宏观决策出发,了解工业化建筑国内外发展水平、碳排放量以及政策执行情况,按科学性、系统性、可操作性原则,初步建立了工业化建筑宏观决策指标体系框架,希望可实现城市层面工业化建筑发展阶段与效果的评价,并为工业化建筑相关政策和技术标准的制定提供参考.
In the face of the sustainable growth of traditional building energy consumption, industrial buildings have become an important means of "green building and building energy saving" in engineering construction field, and an important way to realize the whole industrial chain construction and technological innovation in the construction field. This study is aimed at the problems of imperfect policy system, energy consumption and carbon emission in the field of construction, starting from the macroscopic decision-making to understand the development level of domestic and foreign industrial buildings, carbon emissions and policy implementation. According to the scientific, systematic and operable principles, the industrial building macro-decision-making index system framework is established. Hopefully evaluations of industrial development in urban construction stage and effect are carried out, and also the related policies and technical standards are provided.
