摘要
随着矿产资源的不断开采,入选矿石品位下降,为了提高矿物的回收率,中矿再磨是行之有效的方法。经过中矿再磨实验,对Ⅰ系统进行了工艺流程改造试验。通过优化精选作业、中矿返回再磨再选,使生产指标得到了显著提升,铜回收率提高了0.84%,铜精矿品位提高了1.79%。
The grade of milling ore is decreasing along with the continuous mining of mineral resources, the middling regrinding is the effective way in order to increase the recovery rate of ore. The process flow improved trial of I system is finished through the middling regrinding test. The production target is increased obviously, the recovery rate of copper increases 0. 84%, the grade of copper concentrate increases 1.79% through the optimization of cleaning operation, middling regrinding and recleaning.
