萃取法回收黄钠铁矾渣浸出液中的铜镍 被引量:1

摘要 黄钠铁矾渣用浓氨水分解,浸出液经盐酸处理后,用LIX984萃取剂和磷酸二异辛酯(P204)分别萃取铜和镍。探讨了原料液中pH值、有机相中萃取剂体积分数、相比(O/A)、铜、镍离子浓度、反萃取相比(O/A)等萃取条件对铜镍萃取率的影响。结果表明:LIX984萃取剂体积分数为20%、pH值为2.5、相比(O/A)为1∶1、Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)浓度均约为5 g/L,Cu^(2+)的萃取率约为92%,反萃取相比(O/A)为1∶1,铜的反萃取率高达99%,调节萃余液中pH值约为5.5时,P204对镍的萃取率超过98%,镍的反萃取率约为91%。LIX984和P204萃取剂对铜和镍的萃取效果显著,能够选择性地萃取回收黄钠铁矾渣浸出液中的铜和镍。 sodium jarosite is resolved by stronger ammonia water, the copper and nickel should be extracted by LIX984 extrac- tion agent and Bis phosphate ( P204 ) separately after the leaching agent treated by hydrochloric acid. It is discussed that the effect of the ex- traction conditions, such as pH value in feed solution, the volume fraction, phase ratio (O/A), copper, nickel ionic concentration, extrac- tion agent reextraction phase ratio (O/A) in organic phase on copper, nickel extraction rate. The results show : the volume fraction of LIX984 extraction agent is 20%, the pH value is 2. 5, the phase ratio (O/A) is 1 : 1, the average concentration of Cu2 ~ and Ni2 ~ is around 5g. The extraction rate of L -z, Cu2. is about 92%, the re - extraction phase ratio (O/A) is 1 : I, the re-extraction rate of copper reach to 99%, when adjust the pH value in the extraction raffinate to 5.5, the extraction rate of nickel by P~ is over 98%, the re-extraction rate of nickel is about 91%. The extraction effect of copper and nickel by LIX984 and P204 extraction agent is significantly, which can extract copper and nickel in the sodium jarosite leaching agent selectively.
