摘要 采用石油焦粉还原熔炼铜冶炼厂废弃的自然冷却铜渣,考察了熔炼温度、碳还原剂石油焦粉用量、熔炼保温时间等因素对铜渣中铜钴回收率的影响。结果表明,在熔炼温度1 400℃、石油焦粉用量6%、熔炼保温时间2h条件下,铜、钴的回收率分别达到94.12%、98.35%。 Reduction of dumped, natural cooling copper slag from copper smelting factory by petroleum coke powder; The inves- tigation of the smelting temperature, the dosage of carbon reducing agent that the petroleum coke powder, the effect of smelting holding time and the other factors on copper, cobalt recovery rate in copper slag is done. The results show, the recovery rate of copper and cobalt can reach to 94. 12% and 98.35% separately while the smelting temperature is 1400℃, the dosage of petroleum coke powder is 6%, and the smelting holding time is 2h.
