摘要
对爆裂的磷脱氧铜管进行了宏观观测,成分分析,金相检测,扫描电镜观测及能谱分析。发现材料失效周边晶粒粗大,腐蚀坑坑底光滑有放射状裂纹,腐蚀物能谱分析含有Cu、O、C、S、K元素。综合分析认为,材料内部的晶粒粗大及管材表面的残留的碳是管材失效的内因,与管材接触的介质中含有腐蚀性的硫是管材失效的外因;在使用环境中,管材表面先出现点蚀坑及微裂纹,在管道运行压力及介质腐蚀的双重作用下,微裂纹加宽、加深,管材减薄,在材料的薄弱部位爆裂失效。
The failure copper composition analysis, SEM and pipe was inspected by Macroscopic Energy spectrum analysis. Found that and metallography observation, chemical t the material nearing the burst point had corse grain, the corrosion pit near the crack was round, and the bottom was smooth and there were radial cracks.. Energy spectrum analysis of corrosion products, there were Cu, O, C, S, K elements. According to the comprehensive analysis, the coarse grain inside the material and the residual carbon on the surface of the pipe were the internal causes of the failure of the pipe, Corrosive sulfur in the contact medium was the external causes of pipe failure. When using, corrosion pits and micro cracks appeard on the surface of pipes, under the double action of pipeline pressure and medium corrosion, the micro cracks were widened and deepened, the pipe thinning, and burst failure in the weak parts of the material.
