乳晕边缘切口与常规放射状手术切口在离乳晕较远乳腺纤维瘤手术中应用对比

Comparative Study on Application of Areola Margin Incision and Conventional Radiate Incision in the Breast Fibroadenoma Surgery Far from Mammary Areola

目的探讨在离乳晕较远乳腺纤维瘤手术中采取乳晕边缘切口与常规放射状手术切口方式的应用效果。方法选取在我院行离乳晕较远乳腺纤维瘤手术的乳腺纤维瘤患者70例,将其随机分为两组,各35例。对照组术中采取常规放射状手术切口,观察组采取乳晕边缘切口,对比分析两组术后血肿、瘀斑及瘢痕大小、并发症及乳房外形美观满意度。结果术后观察组血肿、瘀斑及瘢痕大小情况明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);术后观察组对乳房外形美观满意度为94.3%,明显高于对照组的68.6%,差异显著(P<0.05);术后对照组并发症的发生率为20.0%,明显高于观察组的2.9%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在离乳晕较远乳腺纤维瘤手术中应用乳晕边缘切口的效果显著,可有效切除肿瘤,降低术后并发症发生率,促进预后,提高患者对乳房外形美观满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effects of areola margin incision and conventional radiate incision in the breast fibroadenoma surgery far from mammary areola. Methods 70 selected patients with breast fibroadenoma undergoing the breast fibroadenoma surgery far from mammary areola in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each. Control group took conventional radiate incision and observation group took areola margin incision in the surgery. The hematoma, ecehymosis and cicatrix size, complications, aesthetic satisfaction of breast shape of two groups after surgery were compared and analyzed. Results After surgery, the conditions of hematoma, ecchymosis and cicatrix size in observation group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）; After surgery, the aesthetic satisfaction of breast shape in observation group was 94.3%, significantly higher than 68.6% of control group （P〈0.05）; After surgery, the incidence of complications in control group was 20.0%, significantly higher than 2.9% of observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of areola margin incision in the breast fibroadenoma surgery far from mammary areola has significant effects, it can effectively resect tumor, decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, promote prognosis and improve the aesthetic satisfaction of breast shape for patients.
