On the Establishment of Scientific and Advanced Concept of Higher Vocational Education

树立什么样的办学理念是高水平学校建设的重要内容之一。在分析高职教育办学理念重要性的基础上,提出高职教育办学要落实好三大主体,即以学生为本、以教师为基和以校友为宗,遵循五个基本规律,即以立德树人为根本、以专业建设为龙头、以教学为中心、以就业为导向和以合作发展为支撑,并结合对浙江金融职业学院办学理念指导下的实践分析,彰显高职教育办学品质。

It is one of the important parts in the construction of high-level school to establish the school-running concept with char- acteristics. Based on the analysis of the importance of the school-running concept of higher vocational education, this paper puts for- ward a framework for the construction of higher vocational education, including three main bodies （the student-centered, the teach- er-based and the alumni for the purpose） and five basic laws （the fundamental moral education, the leading specialty construction, the teaching-centered education, the employment-oriented education and the cooperative development）. It then analyzes the practic- es guided by the school-running concept of Zhejiang Financial College so as to highlight the quality of higher vocational education.
