摘要
针对目前高职电气自动化技术专业毕业生存在的后劲不足、定位不准等问题,根据"中国制造2025"对高职电气自动化技术技能人才的需求,结合学校行业特色,对珠三角地区电气自动化类岗位调研,梳理毕业生职业生涯发展路径,明确目标岗位职业能力要求,进行了职业能力等级划分,建立岗位职业能力模块库,构建以能力培养为核心、注重学生全面发展、全过程贯穿职业素养培养的高职电气自动化技术专业"双课堂"课程体系,为"中国制造2025"发展精准培养所需人才和学生终身发展奠定良好基础。
In view of the problems of insufficient momentum and incorrect position of higher vocational electrical automation tech- nology professional graduates, according to the demand of the " made in China 2025" for higher vocational electrical automation technology and skilled talents, and combining with the school industry characteristics, the paper has researched the electrical automa- tion posts of the pearl river delta region, combed the graduate career development path, cleared the professional ability request of the goal post, divided the vocational ability level, established the post professional ability module library, and built the "double class" curriculum system of higher vocational electrical automation technology specialty which takes ability training as the core, pays atten- tion to students" all-round development, and professional quality training through the whole process to lay a good foundation for the talents who are needed for the development of precision training of "made in China 2025" and for students" lifelong development.
