摘要
工匠精神是对学生职业素养的重要补充,是学生进入社会对待职业的态度、精神体现,在当前产业转型升级的历史时期,也是企业考量学生的一项重要指标。对国内外关于工匠精神的诠释、工匠精神融入高职教育人才培养模式的研究成果进行阐述,提出构建"12246"人才培养模式,为高职教育的人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
The spirit of craftsman is an important supplement to students professional quality, which is also the reflection of their at- titude towards their profession in society, and a key index for enterprise evaluating the students during the historic period of industri- al transformation and upgrading. The paper puts forward the construction of ＂12246＂ talents training mode through the explanation of the spirit of craftsman at home and abroad and the research results of the spirit integrating into talents training mode in higher vo- cational education. It is aimed to provide some reference for the talents training of higher vocational education.
