摘要
在厘清现代学徒制有关概念、借鉴期望-实绩模型和SERVQUAL方法设计现代学徒制"导学关系"调查问卷的基础上,对包括首批现代学徒制试点单位在内的高职院校开展现代学徒制"导学关系"、保障机制实证研究,详细了解其在招生与就业、教师(师傅)基本情况及指导制度、师生(师徒)关系、教育培养及保障、满意度和忠诚度等方面的描述性信息,运用重要性与满意度之间的绩效差距,分析高职院校现代学徒制"导学关系"的主要指标,并依据研究结论提出优先改进建议。
Based on the clarifying of the related concepts in modem apprenticeship and design "guided learning relationship" ques- tionnaire of modem apprenticeship by reference to expect-performance model and SERVQUAL method, the empirical study on the "guided learning relationship" of modem apprenticeship and its guarantee mechanism are carried out in higher vocational colleges including the first pilot units of modem apprenticeship. Detailed descriptive information is obtained in the enrolment and employ- ment, teachers "(masters') basic information and the instruction system, relationship between teachers and students (masters and ap- prentices), education training and guarantee, and satisfaction and loyalty. Using the performance gap between importance and saris- faction, the leading indicators of "guided learning relationship" of modem apprentice system in higher vocational colleges are ana- lyzed, and finally priority suggestions for improvement are put forward according to the research conclusion.
