Elite Small-class Teaching Practice Based on Medicine Industry in Economically Developed Areas

基于顺德地区医药行业人才需求,探索符合技术技能人才成长规律的药学精英小班教学模式。通过制定药学专业精英小班的学员选拔制度,设计药学专业精英小班的特色课程,创新药学专业精英小班学员管理,进行药学精英小班特色课程教学实践,取得明显教学成效,可为其他专业教学提供借鉴。

Based on the talents demand of the pharmaceutical industry in Shunde area, this paper explores the teaching mode of the small-class of pharmacy elite that conforms to the law of the growth of technical skilled talents. Through the establishment of selec- tion system of pharmacy professional small-class students, the special courses of the pharmacy professional elite class are designed, the student management is innovated and teaching practice of the pharmacy elite small-class is carried out. Obvious teaching effects are achieved which can provide reference to other professional teachings.
