MIPPO技术结合LCP内固定治疗胫骨干骨折的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究胫骨干骨折采用微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)结合锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定的治疗效果。对收治的32例胫骨干骨折患者展开研究,随机分为对照组和治疗组各16例,对照组行切开复位LCP内固定治疗,治疗组行MIPPO联合LCP内固定治疗,比较两组疗效。两组住院时间、骨痂生成时间、骨折愈合时间和并发症发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。MIPPO技术联合LCP内固定治疗胫骨干骨折具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症率低等优势,具有较高的临床使用价值。
