微时代背景下高校危机管理策略探析

面对新媒体时代的新特点、新挑战,高校思想政治教育工作要紧紧围绕"立德树人"的目标任务,不断壮大高校主流思想舆论,在危机管理上要树立责任承担和信息公开的理念,构建应急"微"机制,采取新的处理方法,实施新的管理策略,加强师生相关法制、法规教育,以保持校园的和谐、稳定。

Faced with the new characteristics and challenges of new media era, the ideological and political educa- tion work in colleges and universities should focus on the fundamental task of moral education, strengthen the main- stream public opinions and ideas. They are expected to establish the concept of responsibility, information disclo- sure and emergency ＂micro＂ mechanism, adopt new methods, carry relevant legal system, and regulate the teachers and students through out new management strategies, strengthen the law to ensure a harmonious and safe campus.
