摘要 针对环保领域的六价铬水质在线监测需求,设计了一种基于IAC2000一体化测控平台的六价铬水质在线监测仪。该监测仪采用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法,由检测系统、自动控制系统及软件系统组成,可实现0~1mg/L浓度范围内的水质六价铬含量监测。依照环境行业标准对监测仪进行了性能测试,实验结果表明,该监测仪直线性可达0.3%,重复性可达1%,示值误差优于3%,具有测量精度高、稳定性好的优点,完全满足六价铬在线监测的相关要求。 Aiming at the demand of online water quality monitoring of hexavalent chromium in environmental protection industry,an online water quality monitoring instrument was designed based on IAC2000 integrated measurement and control platform from NARI Group Corp.The designed monitoring instrument was composed of detection system, automatic control system and software system. Using diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometrie method, the instrument was capable of monitoring hexavalent chromium in the range between 0 and 1 mg/L.Tests were done to verify the performance of the instrument on the base of standards in environmental protection industry.Experiment results indicate that the designed monitoring instrument can achieve linearity of 0.3%, repeatability of 1%, and indication error less than 3% ,which completely meet the demand of online water quality monitoring of hexavalent chromium.
