原油脱水过程自动加药控制系统

摘要 为了解决油田联合站自动加药系统中存在大时滞性、频繁的突变扰动、难控的稳态精度等问题,设计了参数在线自调整Fuzzy-PID&Smith预估控制器综合控制系统,采用前馈、反馈变比值控制技术,能够有效消除来液流量波动、来液含水率波动等主要干扰的影响,使原油破乳剂的添加更具有实时性和均匀性,以达到稳定生产和节约生产成本的目的。实验结果表明了该设计方案对解决上述问题的有效性,具有较好的实用价值。 In order to solve the problems of big time-lag characteristic, frequent abrupt disturbance, uncontrollable steadystate accuracy of automatic dosing control system in the crude oil combined station, the integration control system of parameter self-adjusting Fuzzy-PID & Smith predictive controller was in this paper designed. The system Can effectively eliminate the influence from the disturbance of oil-water mixture flow and the changing of water-crude oil ratio based on the integrated control strategy of feed-forward, feedback and changeable ratio, and make the feeding of dehydration agent have real-time and uniform effect, in order to achieve stable production and save production cost.The experimental results show that the control strategy designed in this paper is effectual to solve above-mentioned problems. The integration control system has applicable value.
