摘要
针对使用加速度传感器测量横梁抽油杆位移的方法存在的问题:测量精度不高、易受外界干扰。设计了一种低功耗激光测距系统:以MSP430F1611为核心,激光测距传感器采集位移,并由无线模块将数据传输到上位机。对系统的功耗进行研究,通过硬件选择、软件编程来实现低功耗特性。并搭建模拟实验平台,测得实验数据,最终证明系统测量精度大幅提高、受外界震动影响较小,并具有更低的功耗。
In view of the disadvantage of the traditional method of measuring the sucker rod displacement such as measurement accuracy is not high and vulnerable to interference, a new laser ranging system was designed, which was composed of MSP4301611 ,laser displacement sensor and wireless communication module. By choosing appropriate hardware and optimizing software , the paper researched on system power consumption and an simulation experiment platform was set up. And finally the experimental results prove system has higher accuracy , stability and lower consumption.
